Burberry Sheer Eyeshadow Rosewood #09

Today we have the final purchase from my recent Harrods trip, here we have the beautiful Burberry Eyeshadow in Rosewood #09. This was an easy choice to make, it was the only one I liked. I would of brough Pale Barley, but they were out of stock *sad face* and apparanlty they have a huge waiting list for it. I put my name to that list, lets hope it comes back into stock soon.

We have the same velvet pouch as the blusher, if make up comes in these pouches, I always keep them in them. I like to look after my make up the best I can. I will not harp on about this too much, as I have previously!!

The gorgous iconic Burberry name, that luxurious pewter and Burberry print casing. I think this must be the most beautful design I have seen to date?? I love the look of anything from this Makeup range.

Isnt the colour lovely?? I was drawn to this shade as soon as I set eyes on it. One swatch later and I had it in a bag!! It is a beige, taupe, mink well just a lovely neutral. I did want to purchse 2 eyeshadows but in all honeslty I could not find another that I would wear. I noticed a couple Matt shades, but for some reason I never tend to be attracted to them? I have no idea why?

The texture of this eyeshadow is soooo buttery, it feels almost creamy to the touch. But it is not a cream eyeshadow, its so silky smooth and easy to apply. It is rather pigmented, you only need a touch of the shadow and a good blending brush, and the look this will acheive is amazing. I tend to work from the crease area, then I blend out, so I am only using the 1 eyeshadow but it looks like 2 or more shades have been blended together. Can you see the gentle shimmer in the swatch below? Its so pretty.

Heres another look at the packaging, it screams luxury, a real treat. I truly loved my visit to Harrods. In my last post I will share with you the wonderful GWP and samples I was given.

Have you tried anything from the Burberry range yet? what are your thoughts? I am really happy with all my purchases.
