I've noticed a lot of fellow beauty bloggers write about their monthly favourites. After some thought I've decided I'd like to do the same. But rather then calling it that I've chosen my loves for the month. So here we have March Loves.
Here are my March Loves. I will tell you my thoughts about each and every one.
Nuxe 24hr Soothing and Rehydrating Fresh Mask £19.50
I already raved my love for this item in my empties post yesterday, so I won't go on too much! I love this mask, a complete SOS for skin. As soon as I apply this little gem my skin is no longer sore, feeling dry or uncomfortable. It's a great product to have in any skin care collection. For any skin type.
Clinique all about Eyes Serum £21
I first became aware of this whilst watching Lisalisad1, she is an American you tuber. If you haven't watched her yet why not?? She's fab, with magnificent taste in make up. This has a metal roller ball applicator that instantly soothes the eye area. I've noticed my eyes look
de-puffed since I've begun using. Excellent!
Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair £44
This is a holy grail product for me, I tend to use this daily, then a new product comes along and this gets put in my draw. Before i know it I get an awful breakout, I start to use this again and my skin instantly repairs! Why do I ever stop using this?? I use this at night, but if my skin is bad like it is now, I will also apply each morning.
Laura Mercier Peach Whisper £20.50
This blusher is so pretty, just one brush and my cheeks looks awake. It gives a softness to your skin, makes you look healthy.
Dior Rouge Dior 298 Beige Indecise £25
This lipstick means a lot to me. My youngest son brought this for me out of his vey own pocket money. I felt so emotional when he gave it to me on my birthday. He had been saving for ages. He went to the Dior counter, in House of Fraser with his dad, and chose this colour by himself! Didn't he do well??!! I just love nudes, and this is so nice. I will always have a back up in my make up collection just in case.
Nars Sex Appeal £21.50
Another blusher, this one is ultra sheer, but gives enough of a flush on these cold mornings. It's a pale peachy pink. I totally love the Nars blushers, I own quite a few now. You will hear more about these in my make up collection. If I do one??? Thoughts??
Moroccanoil Treatment £30ish
This is my choice of hair oil, I have fine hair and I don't find this too much. I slather it on every morning after washing my hair. Sometimes at night I will put a few pumps through the ends to put added moisture into the ends. The smell is divine, so sweet and fresh, I only have around an inch left in the bottle, so I need to stock up soon.
Taaj Eau Micellaire £16
This was introduced to me in a past beauty box, I think it was Boudoir Prive?? Please correct me if I'm wrong. The sample size bottle i received lasted me for some time. I've since worked through a few bottles, you can buy this from Birchbox and it cost £16 for 500ml!!! A complete bargain and it is natural with no parabens. It smells so nice, fresh and clean. I use this at night to remove my face make up.
Burts Bees Hand Salve £9.50
I'm sitting here smelling this now! Oh it's heavenly, smells of lavender, so relaxing and soothing. As it says its a balm, I initially had a small tin from a gift set. I had to buy the full size. I use this for my cuticles, I enjoy rubbing it in. Looking at the size of this tin, it's going to last a long time.
Tangle Teezer £10.99
I was late with the whole Tangle Teezer purchase. But recently I decided to cave in and see what all the fuss was about. I'm not disappointed, I may invest in the travel one soon for my work bag? We will see? After slathering my Moroccanoil into my hair ends I use this to comb through.
Cath Kidston pouches £8
I love to be organised, and with that comes pouches. I have a few from Cath Kidston and American Apparel etc. All depends what bag I'm using will depend what pouch I want to go with it. I use them for make up, keys, ear phones basically anything to keep myself in order! Don't you think they're pretty?
Opi Nail Envy £18 (John Lewis) £9 (eBay )
Finally this has saved my nails, I read sooooooo many reviews about this product. It had extremely high claims and to be honest I wondered how true these were?? But it's true, this has strengthened my nails, and stopped the daily breakages I suffer. My only advice is you have to keep up with the applications. Otherwise you are not protected.
So there we have my first Monthly Loves, do you love anything in this post? Or do you have other Loves I need to hear about? Please leave me a comment.
