Empties #6

It's recycling day tomorrow so I thought I would write this months post about my empties. I feel such satisfaction looking at all the products I have finished this month, there was so much in my bag this month, some I am sad about finishing to be honest. On a positive note at least I am making room for new products to come into my collection, as if I need any more.

Agent Provocteur Maitresse 100ml £68.50
Love this scent, this was a present from a friend and if she had not brought this for me I would not have ever tried this scent. Its not a brand I would be attracted to. It just goes to show you should try everything!

Lush Ro's Argan Body Conditioner 225g* £15.50
I love this product, a truly beautiful scent that leaves my skin feeling amazing. I have rationed this for a while now as it is very costly, so I use as a treat only.

Garnier Soothing 2in1 make up remover 200ml £1.50
I like this eye make up remover as its a dual formula and easily removes my eye make up. You only need a little or else your eyes can feel oily.

Dove Pure 250ml £3.00
This deodorant has no alcohol, parabens or other nasty ingredients. I enjoy using this product but I do find it does not last for long. You need to reapply at regular intervals.

Yes to cucumbers calming shower gel 500ml £3.99
This was a TK Max find and I love it. What a bargain at £3.99 for such a large bottle. My skin feels soft and refreshed after usage. It has lasted a while now considering I bath 2x per day and my family have been using it as well.

Taaj Eau Micellaire 500ml £16.00
Oh I am super sad to see the end of my beloved Taaj Micellaire water, I tend to use this as my evening pre cleanse. It smells amazing and works wonders for my skin, I have finally found a skin care routine that isn't breaking me out, fingers crossed.

First Aid Beauty Face Cleanser 28.3g
I had this in my beauty box sample draw, it was a nice refreshing cleanser that foamed up really well. I enjoyed this with my N07 Clarisonic. This left my skin very clean and smooth.

Creightons Intensive Care Conditioner 250ml £1.00
I found this in the pound shop, I love using the conditioner, I know its not a natural product and that saddens me as it works wonders on my highlighted hair. I try not to get it near my scalp as I am very sensitive and my scalp can itch a lot. After using my hair feels soooooooo soft, like you would not believe soft.

Sensodyne Repair & Protect 75ml £4.50
A truly wonderful toothpaste, if you suffer from sensitive teeth or gums you MUST invest in this. After I starting using this I noticed a dramatic difference in a matter of days, its honestly that good.

Carex Splash Gel 50ml £2.00
I have thrown this out near enough full, the reason for this is due to the alcohol content. I had not realised the awful effects on the skin this can cause. I decided to throw this out for that reason. I now need to find a natural replacement. I am a HSC Teacher, therefore I have to wash my hands many times per day (this has left me a little OCD) and then I have to apply a antibacterial rub. If you know of a natural alternative please leave me a comment.

Bodhi Neroli Luce 5ml* £12.00
Oh I am absolutely gutted this has run out, I love this product so much and know this has played a key part in my skins recovery. I actually feel nervous about being without this simply beautiful facial oil. I use 1 pump in my morning routine, I add it to my moisturiser and in the evening I like to use 2-3 pumps and gently massage into my skin. Truly bliss, oh the smell as well, its sooo relaxing and inviting.

Lancome Tonique Douceur 50ml
Another sample sized product I had in my collection. It was a nice product that has no alcohol in the ingredients. I did not experience any skin break outs either.

Elemis cleansing balm sample in the Lush pot*
A friend sent me this sample to try, I tried to make it last a while as I really enjoyed trying it out. The scent was one of my all time favourites, Lavender. I found the perfect time for me to use this was at night time, it left me all relaxed and ready for bed. The balm is very thick, I applied to my dry skin and left on as a mask whilst I relaxed in the tub with a candle or tow burning.

Lancome Men Genific HD 50ml £56.00
As you can see this is for men, I purchased this for my husband at Christmas and he had finally used it all up. I am trying to encourage him to take more care of himself and his skin. He totally loved this product and know wants more. Oh my what have I done?? This is around £56 per bottle lol, I am pleased with him really. He has a little skin care routine each evening now, I now need to get him to start a morning one. Wish me luck guys.

Kadria Baby Balm* £5.00
I came across this brand on twitter a while ago. This is marketed for babies, don't let this put you off as I have really enjoyed using this myself for all sorts of reasons. I have applied to sore skin, spots and dry areas. It works wonders I promise you.

Lily Stella McCartney's perfume sample 1.5ml
Love this scent, I would love a full size in the future. I gentle day time fragrance, quite floral.

Dior  Hydra Life BB Creme sample 3ml
I received this sample whilst holidaying last year. I don't think this is the same Dior BB Creme everyone is raving about know??? But it is very nice, its a little dewy for me so I apply a powder to finish my make up.

Revlon Brow Styling Gel 7.39ml £2.99
I hate this product, it leaves white flakes all over my brows eewwwwww. The worst thing about this was I had not realised the first time I wore it :( I had to bin it straight away.

Viva La Juicy La Fleur perfume sample 1.5ml
One of my favourite scents, I came across my love for this brand by chance. I own a roller ball as well that I carry each day in my handbag. A delicious girly scent, I get lots of compliments each time I wear it.

Guerlain Lingerie De Peau #03Beige Natural
I really enjoyed trying this foundation unfortunately the shade was way tooo dark for me. I like the finish, it leaves my skin like satin. I would like to try a lighter shade.

M&S Tissues £2-3??
Jen what an odd one to add!! I just feel these tissues are sooo pretty, each tissue has roses printed on them and I think look lovely on my dressing table. They only cost a few pounds from M&S.

Viva La Juicy La Fleur perfume sample 1.5ml
As I said before I love this scent.

Dr Bronners Soap (Various scents)
I use this product for cleansing my make up brushes. I have used up my full sized bottle (sad face) before I buy another I am trying to use up all my samples.

Serenity Soap sample (yellow tissue paper)
The lovely Dana makes this soap, I really enjoy using the soap, it leaves my skin feeling soft and nourished. The formula is silky smooth, leaving a film of moisture on my skin. I am really disappointed as this is my final sample.

Guerlain Lingerie De Peau sample 1.5ml
As before.

ReVive Moisturising Renewal Cream sample 2ml
This is a high end product sold in Space N K. I was able to get 2-3 days out of this sample. Its hard to say after such a short period of time what my thoughts are. It was a rich white cream, I liked it.

There we have Augusts empties, which is my 6th empties post since beginning DaisyRoseBeauty. Can you believe I am now into my 5th month of blogging??? I cant believe its been so long, time has truly flown by. I had a lot of pressure form others to start this blog and for one reason or another I kept putting it off, I so wish I had take their advice and started my beloved blog years ago. If you are considering beginning a blog I highly recommend you do, its one of the best things I have ever done, its my passion to write about all things beauty, I envy those of you who do this as a job!
