Korres Lip Butters

I've been enjoying my coloured Lip Balms since we've had so much cold weather. So I thought I'd show you a few of them. Korres is a brand I'm using more and more. The brand originates from Greece, it's a natural brand that includes not nasty ingredients, as I've said before I'm becoming more aware of what I'm using on my body. I'm trying to become more green.

Wild Rose has a lot of pigment, feels so soft on the lips. I got this one in a try me bag from WIMH.

Pomegranate is my fave, gives a gorgeous peachy pink shine to the lips. I brought this from Waitrose to take on holiday last year. I can remember using it in the sun, sat around the pool. Oh I wish I was there now.

Jasmine is a baby pink shade, it looks creamy on the lips, not a lot of colour. Feels moisturising and soothing to dry lips.

Here they are, such cute little pots. I much prefer my Lip Balms in pots. They may look small, but they last a long time. They cost around £6-7 each which I don't think is too bad. I don't mind paying this for a quality item, these contain no Mineral Oil, no Silicones, Propylene Glycol free and Ethanolamine free.

I find the Lip Butters so hydrating and leave my lips super soft, I guess this is due to the Shea Butter and Rice Wax ingredients. They are lovely to pop into my handbag.

What are your favourite Lip Balms??

  2. I have one of these but hardly use it, not a big fan. Korres is not 100% natural they still use SLES which gets on my nerves, some of their products are better than others within the range. I'm a fan of Crazy Rumors (a USA brand)

  3. Sarah is right, they are what I would class as a "naturalish" brand meaning that they are better than most mainstream brands but they are not perfect, I think the lip butters aren't too bad in terms of their ingredients but their bodycare has a couple of ingredients in them that I prefer to avoid. I have been switching for a few years and am still learning lot's every day :) x
