My everyday natural make up

I have been wearing this look quite a lot recently, I always lean towards the natural shades and thought I would show you what I am using as you may want to try some of these standout products for yourself. I work long hours in my job and therefore need products to last extra long hours, some of these products are outstanding for that purpose.

I have found a love for liners recently, I used to use them years ago but had completely forgotten about them until a few weeks ago. Its amazing the difference they make to your finished make up look.

Chanel  Precision Lip Definer #34
I have had this product for years, I am not entirely sure its still sold? I line the outside of my lips and rub into the centre. I find by applying the liner this way my lips keep a little colour for longer throughout the day. I love this my lips but better colour.

Estee Lauder Artists Eye Pencil #02 Softsmudge Brown
I use this liner to add definition around my lash line, I find black can be too dark for me in the day time. I take the liner all the way above my lash line and on my bottom lash line around 2/3.

Smashbox Brow Tech To Go #Taupe
A recent find, I am thoroughly enjoying this product. The colour is a good match for my brows and hair colour. I love the fact there is the clear brow gel to tame my brows.

Rimmel Scandaleyes waterproof Kohl Kajal #005 Nude
I have not been looking my best of late due to all the late working nights completely my degree, so every little helps. I apply a line on my lower water line to wake me up.

Mac Powder Blusher Satin Finish #Cubic
I am soooo in love with this blusher, and guess what?? I found it in my mum's collection!!! I could not believe my eyes, I am sure my sister must of brought it for her. I cant imagine my mum standing in the hectic Mac queues. The colour is simply amazing, a soft satin neutral shade. I have used this as a blusher and as a light contour.

Chanel Rouge Coco Shine #54 Boy
I am sure everyone in the blogging world owns this lipstick. A simply perfect shade, your lips but better. I nice neutral pink that matches most skin tones. Due to this being a shine version the lasting power is not great, it lasts an hour max.

Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow/Liner #R.S.V.P
Its funny as I have always thought this shade was #Birthday Suit. But in fact its not, I have used this for a while now and it is still the same formula, no drying out at all. Its a gentle glimmer of colour that brightens up your eye. The staying power is excellent.

Lancome Les Paillettes Aux Yeux #10 A La Belle Etoile
Another recent find, I add a teeny tiny amount to the inner corner of my eyes to add more light and open my eyes up. A little goes a long way.

Origins Plantscription #01 Light
I brought this is a CCO for a bargainous price, I have truly enjoyed this product. It has excellent staying power and covers up my acne scars well. I tend to use on my skin and sometimes under my eyes.

Chanel #05
I have been trying this sample out for a few days now, this is the lighter of the 2 samples I received. I feel this is a good colour match for me. The lasting time is around 6 hours, I will continue to use the rest of this sample before I decide if I will purchase the full sized bottle.

Maybeline The Eraser Eye #Light
I received this in a UK swap I recently did, I had seen it around in other blog posts but never thought to pick it up. I am really happy to the kind sweet girl who sent it to me. I use this everyday in my routine. I draw on a V shape under my eye and blend. Perfection.

Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder #01
I cant tell you the difference this makes to my under eyes, I take my real techniques contour brush and dust a little under each eye. you must try this step if you don't already.

By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra-Powder
Oh my love for this product is strong, I don't know what I would do if this was ever discontinued. Its an outstanding product, I have never tried anything quite like it. I use this as my last step in my make up routine. You can use this as a primer as well.

Chanel Soleil Tan De Chanel
I have owned this for ages, I remember when I initially wanted to purchase this, every counter I went to was sold out. For weeks I could not get my hands on a tub and this made me want it more. I get a lot of use out of this tub and you would never know, there is hardly a mark in it. I have to be careful with application as it can be dark and lean orange as I am a pale girl.

A few products I did not photograph again:-

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer
A am loving this sample sized primer, it is a silicone finish which I know is not for everyone. I love the smooth feel of my skin after application. This really helps my base stay longer than without a primer.

Dr Lipp Nipple Balm
The last time I added this into a blog post it caused a few raised eyebrows and questionable comments. I apply this straight after my skin care routine, it allows time to penetrate into my lips. Its a thick formula that sinks in well.

Lancome Hypnose #Doll Eyes
This had been in my stash completely forgotten about and unloved. After first application I wasn't overall impressed to be very honest, but now its a different story I love it. My lashes look longer and very thick. I will repurchase after this has dried up.

Chanel Make Up Pouch
How cute is my little pouch, I carry this in my bag sometimes. Its small in size but I am able to fit quite a lot in. I love the red colour is so striking, when I get it out at work all my learners ask where I got it from.

I hope you enjoyed having a look at my daytime make up look, if you have written about you daily look I would love to read what products you are rocking, please send me your links.

  3. I love the Chanel bag! It's so unusual for them.

I have a lot of these products-really like the Benefit creaseless cream shadows-I have Birthday Suit! Also like the secret brightening powder-I don't use it as often as I should. I own the By Terry powder but haven't used it yet-my powder is coming to an end though so will be using it soon. I love Lancome mascaras and have the nipple balm too! xxx
